New Ulm – State Street Theater is proud to present “Rooted and Reaching,” a succinct collection of new choreographic works put together by Minnesota choreographers and local dancers. This thirty-minute showcase covers a range of ballet, modern, and jazz styles and is designed to celebrate the joy of bringing new art into the rural communities we call home.

Following the performance, the audience is invited onstage to connect with the dancers and learn movements alongside the performers in a 20-minute interactive dance workshop.

The show will be free and open to the public. No seat assignments will be made; all seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Performances will be held: Friday, August 21 st at 1 PM
