There’s a lot happening Saturday in Old Town! It’s the Shopping Opener and Omnimatter Monthly Pop-Up Art Show hosted at Mogwai Collaborative.
I had the opportunity to be Styled by Stephanie, who pulled clothing from all the Old Town boutiques and vintage shops to create looks that work for everyday life or as Stephanie calls it “Wearable Collaborative Fashion.” These looks will be displayed at the Omnimatter event at Mogwai Collaborative from 2-4 pm Saturday, November 3rd.
Art from Daleki Art along with 9 other artists and Mogwai’s artist of the month Amanda Wirig-Retro Art MN will also be displayed with live music from Stacy K and free food and beverage!
My suggestion is come to Mogwai Collaborative for some inspiration and then hit the Old Town Shopping Opener to make those inspirations a reality — especially since there are good deals on the table!
Old Town Style!
Having been given the opportunity to work as Stephanie’s model, I was very impressed by her ability to pull so many fun, fresh looks together by using all the shops in Old Town and admittedly felt pretty cool strutting around Old Town getting my photo taken for her Style Diary which will be displayed at Mogwai Collaborative.

Stephanie Braun recently moved here from Los Angeles and is now the Director at Mogwai Collaborative. In LA she worked for over a decade styling celebrities and working on the E! Channel Network. I mean, Styled by Stephanie dressed Susan Sarandon for the Golden Globes, was nominated for an Emmy Award for the reality TV show “How Do I Look,” and worked with Taylor Swift, Megan Fox, Mary Louise Parker, Khloe Kardashian, Adrian Peterson, Kris Jenner and Hayden Panettiere just to name a few. Dang, girl!
Needless to say, it felt like a “treat yo’self” day for me! You can learn more about Styled by Stephanie at her website.
Stephanie’s vision was to tell the Style Diary from one end of Riverfront to the other, showing how to create your Wearable Collaborative Fashion look right here in Old Town. Makes sense that she’s a total pro at collaborating being the Director at Mogwai Collaborative not to mention a total fashion genius.
Here was our day enjoying Old Town murals, shops and businesses, showcasing seven different looks to boot!!
