Healing Shadows is a space to digest and discuss loss. This isn’t a grief support group. It’s not therapy. There’s nothing to fix, explain, justify or make sense of.
It’s a vigil: a time to pause, remember, witness and honor what was lost and what remains.
You don’t have to speak, share or know exactly what you’re grieving. You’re welcome to come as you are and bring whatever gives you comfort. Together, we’ll make space for the shadows—and sit with one another until there is light.
