Mankato – Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Department of Performing Arts is excited to announce that individual and season tickets are now on sale for the 2026-2027 Theatre and Dance season!

We are presenting two exciting contemporary musicals to bookend our season. Tina Fey’s musical Mean Girls promises laughter, impressive vocals and dancing, and a sassy cast of characters in October. In April, audiences will be transported to the magical kingdom of Arrendale for Disney’s Frozen. Neil Simon’s Prisoner of Second Avenue, Shakespeare’s Titus Andronicus and Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman round out the Mainstage theatre season.

For patrons seeking something edgier, the Studio theatre season features four plays in the Andreas Theatre throughout the academic year. The Dance Concerts will close out both semesters with captivating choreography and movement. Studio and Dance Concert tickets are a steal at only $12.

Season tickets include all five Mainstage theatre productions and the two Dance Concerts for only $100/person. This is a savings of $43.
