The annual Halloween Hop is organized by the New Ulm Business & Retail Association (NUBRA), a committee of the New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce, as a way to bring the community together while giving local businesses an opportunity to thank residents for their continued support. NUBRA works to promote New Ulm’s business community through advertising, special events, and beautification efforts, while encouraging residents and visitors to shop locally.
