The City of North Mankato and the Mankato Symphony Orchestra are proud to announce the fourth annual concert at Benson Park: Symphony on the Prairie at the north side of Benson Park (off of Timm Road).
Families are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy a beautiful concert by the Mankato Symphony. The setlist includes memorable and popular tunes such as the Star-Spangled Banner, music from Journey, Bohemian Rhapsody, The Stars and Stripes Forever, and more! The performance will also open and close with the North Mankato Post 518 Color Guard. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event.
Thanks to North Mankato’s generous sponsorship, admission to the September 7th concert is free. A free will offering will be taken during the concert. Early bird subscriptions are available for all other MSO events, beginning August 15. More information, including ticket purchases, may be found at www.MankatoSymphony.org.
