Event on October 24 benefits United Way programs
MANKATO—Greater Mankato Area United Way is accepting new and gently used formal and semi-formal dresses prior to its second annual “Gowns at the Gallery” event 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 24 at the Cambria Gallery in River Hills Mall.
Drop off dresses by October 18 at Greater Mankato Area United Way (Shared Spaces building) or Snell Motors (Madison Ave). Please ensure that donated dresses are clean and in good condition. Donation receipts available upon drop-off.
All are welcome at the Gowns at the Gallery event on October 24, where dresses will be available for purchase for $50 each. All proceeds benefit United Way programs.
The fun evening of socializing and dress shopping is free to attend and includes appetizers and beverages, sponsored by Cambria. This year’s event also includes tuxedo fittings by Graif Clothing.
