Mankato, MN – BECHS is excited to offer hybrid programming at the History Center or through Zoom. Join us once a month for a general history program. The August 5 program at 4 p.m. is “The Hunt House: History and Restoration.”
This month, we look at the Hunt House also known as the Moulin Rouge House. BECHS will provide a brief history of the house before Kristin and Chris, the current owners of the house, discuss the renovations that went into this historic house and became a bed and breakfast! This is a slideshow-type presentation at the History Center or presented through Zoom. Tours of the Moulin Rouge B&B will take place in September.
Each presentation will be led by a BECHS staff person or historian and include time for Q&A. The cost is $7/adults, Free for BECHS Members. If you are attending in person, we will see you the day of. Registration is only required for those who want to view the program via Zoom. Those who cannot attend the program live, they can still register and receive the recording after the program.
